In this role at Arla’s in-house agency, you will plan and execute retail and digital media campaigns aimed at boosting performance and ROI. Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns with external agencies and internal partners while managing hands-on platform executions. Additionally, you will analyze results and share valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and activate retail media with Loblaw Advance and Walmart Connect
• Execute paid media campaigns across social and programmatic platforms




• Manage campaigns in DV360 and Ads Manager tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans
• Report on trends and performance insights regularly

Requirements:
• 2–3 years in digital marketing/media operations
• Experience with Loblaw Advance and Walmart Connect
• Proficient in DV360 and social media platforms
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities
• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related field
