What You'll Do: Play a key role in the development of Transportation, Distribution & Logistics (TD&L;) incurred cost and Cost-to-Serve budgets and forecasts, serving as a trusted business partner providing insightful analysis and hands-on financial support.
Support the preparation of Commercial SG&A; budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Commercial leaders based on analysis of actual results, trends, and forecasted performance
Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to generate meaningful financial insights, translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for management
Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and decision support to Commercial team, including participation in key operational and strategic projects.
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to support the interpretation, application, and implementation of accounting policies and financial processes.




Support TD&L; condition rate and liquidation analysis, delivering insights that improve forecast accuracy and enhance communication with business partner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic projects across Finance and Commercial to drive operational efficiency and business performance
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Bring: Post-secondary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, accounting, or a related field
Professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is considered an asset
Proven track record of building strong relationships and serving as a trusted business partner to cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling and presentation capabilities
Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and MS SQL Server (MSSQL/SQL) is considered an asset




Knowledge of Nutrien’s Transportation, Distribution & Logistics (TD&L;) network, systems, and operations is an asset
