About the role
Reddit is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our Mid-Market Sales team located in Toronto. In this role, you will serve as an Acquisitions Account Manager, guiding new clients through their onboarding process, optimizing their campaigns, and supporting their growth journey. Your main objective will be to enhance performance and expand accounts during their initial six months, after which they will transition to the Same Store Growth team.

What you'll do

Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new advertisers, which includes setting up Business Manager and creating initial advertising campaigns.

Lay down the technical groundwork for clients by implementing essential tools such as pixel tracking, CAPI, and collaborating with mobile measurement partners.

Create and implement Test and Learn roadmaps aimed at optimizing campaign performance to align with client objectives.

Spot opportunities to increase budgets and effectively showcase return on investment within the first two quarters of the partnership.

Provide clients with insights on Reddit Pro and best practices for organic engagement to ensure a unified approach to both paid and organic strategies.

Convert complex data sets into understandable, actionable insights for clients during presentations and meetings.





Work closely with various internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure that client success metrics are achieved.

Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about campaign progress and performance metrics.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide clients with strategic recommendations.

Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Conduct training sessions for clients to help them utilize Reddit's advertising tools effectively.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet client goals.

Requirements

A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in account management, client success, or media strategy, particularly in performance marketing, social media, or digital advertising.

Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking return on investment.

In-depth knowledge of measurement lift methodologies and structured learning agendas.

A solid understanding of the marketing funnel and the fundamentals of digital tracking.

Capability to manage a substantial portfolio of clients with an organized and proactive approach.





Demonstrated success in building and nurturing professional relationships with clients.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively.

Nice to have

Familiarity with digital advertising measurement and tracking tools.

Experience working with mobile measurement partners.

Knowledge of Reddit Pro and its functionalities.

Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Understanding of social media trends and their impact on advertising strategies.
