ML6 is seeking an Area Support Manager to enhance operational effectiveness in multi-location dental practices across the Lower Mainland. This role focuses on direct, practical support and issue resolution within practices.

In this hands-on position at ML6, you will spend concentrated time in dental practices, working closely with Regional Managers and local teams to address operational bottlenecks and strengthen execution. Ideal candidates are those with experience in practice operations or as a Practice Manager and possess strong problem-solving skills, making meaningful changes on-site. Be prepared to collaborate and support dental professionals during transitions and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide focused engagement in multiple dental practices
• Resolve operational issues and ensure stable execution




• Coach Practice Managers in team leadership and accountability
• Build relationships with clinicians to facilitate solutions
• Implement current initiatives and processes on the ground

Requirements:
• Several years of operations experience in relevant environments
• Background as a Practice Manager or in healthcare services
• Hands-on leadership with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication skills for various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across the Lower Mainland
