Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and management to the department
• Establish objectives in line with Council direction




• Oversee departmental budget development and financial compliance

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of municipal leadership experience
• Robust understanding of public works and parks management
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven capability in change management and operations
• College diploma or university degree in a related field
