Location downtown Calgary
Work model Hybrid work model, 3 days in-office
Hours Monday to Friday, full time hours
Responsibilities Build the training strategy for the SAP implementation.
Work with SAP consultants and business teams to create training materials.
Coordinate delivery of training across the company.
Track attendance, completion rates, readiness, and adoption.
Help map employees to future SAP roles so the right people get the right training and system access.
Ensure training continues after go-live through refreshers, onboarding, and support materials.
Requirements 5+ years of experience in large software implementations and training
Expert user of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and Workday
Experience supporting go-live activities
Experience building SAP training strategies
