This key role reports directly to the Chief Agribusiness Officer and supports a collaborative setting across 13 plants and 4 hatcheries. You will focus on developing KPIs, enhancing data metrics, and improving grower engagement. Key responsibilities also include supporting major projects and developing a five-year capacity plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among plants and hatcheries
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for performance
• Generate business insights for informed decision-making
• Improve reporting tools for better collaboration
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and accountability
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Proficient with ERP and Power BI analytics
• Exceptional computer skills, including spreadsheet modeling
