Etobicoke High Performance Health Clinic is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Our clinic currently includes Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, a Naturopathic Doctor, a Personal Trainer, and Massage Therapists who work together to deliver exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused RMT who is passionate about helping people move and feel their best. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving practice while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

Professional liability insurance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and therapeutic massage techniques

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience treating sports injuries

Cupping certification

Active Release Techniques (ART) or other soft tissue certifications

Experience working alongside physiotherapists and chiropractors

Interest in rehabilitation and exercise-based care
