OMERS is seeking a Director, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure, to lead and evolve the global compliance program for its Infrastructure business. Based in Current York or Toronto, you will partner with investment teams and oversee regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
You will drive policy development, monitor regulatory changes, and support capital programs with a focus on SEC-related matters, ensuring robust compliance across the enterprise.
