Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Willoughby Distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and fork lift operation (Raymond Reach - certification preferred). This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are highly valued.

The Warehouse

Associate plays a vital role in ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery of customer orders.

Duties

- Receive/ verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect goods for any visible damage.
- Use forklift (Raymond Reach) to load and unload trucks is a safe manner.
- Organize and store received product in the warehouse, as per designated space and ensure efficient space usage and accessibility in a timely manner.




- Accurately log all received items (invoices/ packing slips) and update the company database in a timely manner.
- Pick and stage outgoing customer deliveries daily.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area at all times.
- Provide input on best practices, policies and procedures with respect to the others
- Ensure accuracy in inventory.
- Admin support when required.

Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and safely
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
- Robust attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Valid certifications for forklift operation or heavy equipment are preferred
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
