Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping HVAC products while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who has HVAC related warehouse experience. Also who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials.

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.

- Load and unload trucks safely using appropriate warehouse equipment.

- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.

- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.

- Label, stock, and rotate inventory according to company procedures.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

- Assist customers and contractors with order pickups.

- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training/certification preferred).

- Work closely with the purchasing, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Follow all company health and safety policies.





Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous warehouse specially HVAC related warehouse/ inventory experience is an asset.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills for inventory management.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain certification).

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, fittings, and related products.

- Experience using warehouse management or inventory software.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Valid driver's license is an asset.
