Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution environment! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling warehouse activities, including order picking, loading and unloading shipments, operating heavy equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products safely within the warehouse
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) like AS400
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and warehouse facilities to ensure safety standards are met and maintenance needs are addressed
- Support manufacturing or construction-related activities by handling heavy lifting and assembly tasks as required




- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and barcode scanning in warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective warehouse distribution operations while adhering to safety protocols

Skills

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or similar machinery in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking, shipping & receiving, packaging, and load & unload procedures
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), especially AS400 or equivalent platforms
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus for handling specialized tasks
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including cranes and other industrial machinery
