In this role, you will help wealth advisors to stand out by offering exceptional customer service that will have a positive, long-term impact on our clients.

Your job

- Provide administrative support to the team to deliver superior customer service in person, on the phone, and by email
- Coordinate the schedules of wealth management advisors
- Support during client events
- Organize the delivery of client gifts ( Christmas, live events, etc.)
- Help develop and keep marketing materials up to date
- Manage the team's brand image
- Ensure compliance with rules and risk management Your team: National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada. Prerequisites

- Completed college diploma in a field related to the sector of activity
- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
