Description du poste: Ce poste est temps partiel, principalement les fins de semaine et en personne Montral, pour le rle de coordonnateurrice dvnement.

Nous sommes la recherche de candidates motives, ptillantes et travaillantes pour rejoindre notre quipe ! Les coordonnateurrices dvnements sont responsables de la logistique, de linstallation et de la dsinstallation de nos activits.

Iels veillent aussi la gestion de la clientle et sassurent du confort autant des clients que des chiots pendant nos sances.

Ceci est un rle temps partiel et en personne.

Les disponibilits de fin de semaine sont impratives.

Le taux pour ce poste est de 16,60 $ CAD par heure.

Responsabilits des coordonnateurrices d''vnements Mettre en place lquipement de yoga ainsi que lenclos chiots au dbut de chaque quart.

Soccuper des chiots : assurer leur nettoyage et leur toilettage, les nourrir et veiller sur eux tout au long de la journe.

Accueillir et enregistrer les clients en offrant une premire impression chaleureuse et invitante.

Ramasser aprs les chiots pendant et entre les sances.

Respecter les processus de scurit entourant les chiots et guider les clients afin de favoriser des interactions scuritaires.

Prioriser en tout temps le bien-tre des clients et des chiots au fil des vnements.

Maintenir la propret du studio, de la station de breuvages et de lespace rserv aux chiots tout au long de la journe.

Installer les dcorations spciales lors des fins de semaine thmatiques.

Exigences : tre disponible les samedis et dimanches pour lhoraire (minimum 1 journe par fin de semaine).

Pouvoir travailler au moins 4 quarts par mois.

Heures occasionnelles de semaine disponibles (poste temps partiel).

Avoir une personnalit chaleureuse et dynamique qui contribue crer une atmosphre accueillante pour nos invites. tre en mesure deffectuer un travail physique (rester debout de longues priodes et soulever de lquipement pouvant peser environ 30 lb). tre ge de 18 ans ou plus.

Job Description: This is a part time, on-site role based in Montral, supporting the delivery of Puppy Sphere events.

Were looking for motivated, upbeat, and hard-working team members to join our Pack! As an Event Facilitator, youll play a key role in bringing our classes to life; from setup through to breakdown, while creating a seamless, positive experience for our Puppy Sphere community and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both people and puppies.

This is a part-time, on-site role in Montral; and weekend availability is a necessity.

The rate for this role is $16.60 CAD per hour.

Job Responsibilities: Event Operations: Set up the studio and puppy area at the start of each shift, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for guests and pups Support the care of puppies throughout the day, including cleaning, providing water/food as needed, and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing Assist with setting up themed decor for events when required Welcome and check in guests, creating a warm, friendly, and well-organized arrival experience Conduct welcome briefings throughout the shift, setting expectations and creating a positive,



engaging start to each class Maintain a clean and safe environment by managing puppy clean-ups during and between classes Actively monitor puppy wellbeing and guide guests on appropriate handling to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone Deliver a high-quality wellness experience by being present, attentive, and responsive to guest needs throughout the event Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the studio, including the puppy space, beverage station, and common areas Support smooth transitions between classes, ensuring spaces are reset quickly and efficiently Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth event delivery, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise Help build a strong sense of community by creating moments that keep guests coming back Embrace change and support the implementation of new processes and initiatives, helping ensure they land smoothly onsite Escalate any concerns relating to guest experience, team dynamics, or puppy wellbeing to supervisors in a timely manner Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and animal welfare guidelines at all times Job Requirements: Experience in the service or hospitality industry is preferred Availability to work weekends (at least one day per week) Availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per month Additional weekday availability is a strong plus A warm, engaging, and outgoing personality that helps create a welcoming and positive experience Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment where things evolve quickly and adaptability is key.

Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 30 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including throughout the duration of events.

Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive motions as required during event setup, execution, and breakdown.

Comfortable working with standard cleaning supplies and solutions, following proper safety and handling guidelines.

Ability to work in environments with moderate noise levels, animals present, and high guest interaction.

Bonus if you have access to a car and ability to drive.
