We are currently looking for an administrative sales support for the sales team to help their ever-growing organization in Dorval.
This company puts a high focus on their customers throughout the Canadian market.
They are one of the leader in the industry in industrial equipment.
The role will consist of various tasks that is listed below along with other tasks that you will be required to do.
Advantages Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PMor 8:30AM-5PM Medical, Dental benefits RSPS Salary 45,000$-50,000$ + Company performance Bonus 3 weeks vacation (1 week closed at Christmas) (must take vacation during construction holiday) 5 sick days Gym on site Be part of a leader in the industry Responsibilities Support to sales representatives with their territories: Order entry for some reps; Internal management of certain accounts for the Technical Product Manager; Internal management of accounts and territory with a sales budget; Other responsibilities to be determined along the way if needed: Social media Creating various administrative reports that support each sales rep.
Keeping track of all sales records and inputting them in the system Qualifications Experience in administrative support Experience in distribution - An asset Experience in the wire & cable industry - An asset Bilingual (English and French) (Spoken/Written) Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpointe, One Note) Being able to multitask in a fast environment Good attitude, open minded, team spirit and communication English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis Summary Why Randstad?
