Our structural engineersdon''tjust focus on the design offramingelements, they are involved with the entire building,working as part of a collective team todevelop building designs that respond to the needs of their occupants andthe surrounding community.

How youll make a difference: Actas a design engineer on a variety of building projects ofvarious sizesandcomplexity.

Follow through all phases of projects from concept designthrough construction.

Workclosely with our integrated team of architects,



interior designers, landscape architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as other partner firms.

Drive high technical quality in the delivery of design,model/drawingdevelopment, andthroughfieldreview during the construction phase.

Work with DIALOG''s robust Specifiers to develop construction specifications.

Mentor and nurtureless experienced engineers and designersto grow their capabilities.

Buildrelationshipsof trust with clients and other outsidegroups.

Manageprojects while workingunder thesupervisionof seniorengineers,andparticipate in project planning.

Provideon-site field review during construction to confirm generalconformance with the design documents.

Review shop drawings, respond to requests for information, and provide contractadministration support for your projects.

Who you are: Bachelors

Degreein

Structural Engineeringisrequired; a post-graduate degree is preferred. 5+ years of related industry experience andregistration as aP.

Eng.

Youhave the ability toobtain Government of Canada Security Clearance.

Located in, or willing torelocateto, Calgary.

Proficiencywith

Revit., ETABS, SAP200,SAFE, and other structural analysis software.





An articulate and persuasive communicator that can convey complex technical concepts to non-technical firm leaders,staffand clients.

Energetic, engaged, anddemonstratesinitiative.

Ability to work under pressure, managedeadlinesand multiple tasks/projects.
