Design learning, upskilling, reskilling, leadership development, and career development programs.
Assess the workforce impact of emerging technologies, including AI, and develop readiness strategies.
Partner with technology leaders and People & Culture to identify capability gaps and implement practical workforce solutions.
Support organizational readiness by translating workforce strategy into measurable programs and initiatives.
What you must have: 57+ years of experience in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, capability development, talent management, learning and development, or workforce transformation within technology-driven organizations.
Experience developing workforce strategies, capability roadmaps, leadership development, or succession planning initiatives.
Candidates may come from either an IT transformation or People & Culture background, provided they have experience partnering with technology organizations and supporting technology leaders.
Robust facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
Comfortable working in ambiguity, connecting strategic priorities with practical execution, and driving workforce initiatives from concept through implementation.
