We require a Western-trained Senior Consultant Critical Care Specialist to steer advanced clinical protocols.

You will take the lead on critical care strategies, directing an agile, multidisciplinary team of specialists to optimize patient outcomes without public health resource rationing.
Requirements FRCPC, American Board, or equivalent European Tier-1/Tier-2 specialist certification in Critical Care Medicine / Anesthesia with 5+ years of active consultant-level tenure.
Proven background in managing complex, multi-organ failure cases and steering modern, technology-driven ICU clinical pathways.
Robust pedagogical and clinical leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior medical staff and maintain rigorous international safety standards.
