Job Title: General Labour (Lumper)

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is hiring General Labourers (Lumpers) to support warehouse operations in Dartmouth, NS. This hands-on role involves unloading containers, organizing products, and assisting with general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- Safely unload containers by hand or using pallet jacks.
- Palletize, wrap, and organize items for storage or shipment.
- Perform light clean-up of the warehouse to maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.

Qualifications:

- Steel-toe safety boots are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive, manual labour tasks.
- Solid work ethic and reliability—punctuality is essential.
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
