Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to support warehouse and distribution operations in Middleton, NS. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps freight moving efficiently.

As a Lumper, you will be responsible for manually unloading shipments, organizing products, and preparing freight for storage or distribution. This position requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manually unload containers, trailers, and shipments
- Lift, carry, and move products throughout the warehouse
- Palletize, wrap,



and stage goods for storage or shipment
- Use pallet jacks or basic equipment as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
- Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more repeatedly
- Comfortable performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
- Previous warehouse or labour experience is an asset
