Job Title: Warehouse Labourer

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking physically strong and dependable Warehouse Labourers to support a high-volume operation in Dartmouth. This role is built for individuals who thrive in a quick-paced environment, take pride in hard work, and are ready to stay active throughout the entire shift.

Responsibilities:

- Safely load and unload boxes and materials
- Lift and move items weighing 80-90 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Organize, relocate, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Support supervisors with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to repeatedly lift 80-90 lbs
- Comfortable with continuous, physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
