Job Title: General Labour / Driver (G-Class)

Location: Oakville, ON.

Shifts: Days, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Rate of Pay: $22.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

We are hiring a General Labourer / G Driver for our client in Oakville. This company distributes metal and alloy products. Qualified candidates will have a valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract and have experience in a similar role. This position is a long-term position with a reputable company.

Responsibilities Include:

- Review processing orders and locate required materials within the warehouse.
- Operate band saws to cut materials according to customer specifications.
- Inspect finished products, remove burrs, and ensure all materials meet quality standards.
- Accurately identify and label completed orders with customer information, purchase order number, heat number, work order number, and part number.
- Properly identify, label, paint-code, and return remaining materials (drops) to the appropriate storage locations.
- Deliver customer orders and pick up materials from vendors in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.
- Load and unload trucks safely while ensuring materials are secure during transport.
- Complete delivery logs, packing slips,



signatures, and other required shipping documentation accurately.
- Assist with packaging, shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as required.
- Follow all company safety policies, ISO procedures, and transportation regulations while operating equipment and company vehicles.
- Lifting up to 50lbs safely
- Other general duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

- Must be aged 25 years or older (insurance requirement)
- Valid G Class Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
- Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Search
- 2-3 years previous verifiable experience working in a delivery driving or warehouse role
- Punctual and reliable and strong English communication skills
- CSA certified safety shoes
- Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
