Job Title: General Labour

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a busy delivery team as a Truck Helper / General Labourer. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-moving crew.

If you're reliable and ready to put in a solid day's work, this role offers consistent hours and a strong team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Handle and move heavy materials, including doors, windows, and building products
- Assist with securing loads for protected transport
- Support daily truck operations and complete general labour tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
- Comfortable with repetitive lifting, pushing, and physical work
- CSA-approved safety footwear required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to keep pace in a fast-paced environment
