Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia

Job Type: Ongoing Assignment

Shift: 2PM - 10PM

Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour

Job Overview:
Advantage Personnel is seeking reliable, motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations at a busy beverage distribution centre in Bedford. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-energy, physically active setting and enjoy working as part of a strong warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and organize high-volume beverage shipments
- Pick and build orders accurately for retail and commercial distribution
- Load and unload product, including cases and palletized stock
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safety-focused work environment
- Follow all company policies and warehouse safety procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- CSA-approved safety boots required
- Forklift certification is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity targets
