Intent of the process
This process is intended to fill one (1) temporary position for a maximum period of one (1) year.A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates may be established from this process which may be used to staff similar positions with tenure, various languages requirements and conditions of employment, which may vary according to the position to be staffed.

A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCES
- EX1: Experience in providing input for advice to management or internal clients.
- EX2: Experience in coordinating activities in a skilled setting. (Meetings, events, announcements or similar activities).
- EX3: Experience in research, writing, and designing multimedia communication products in a workplace and/or academic setting, such as social media posts, internal messages for staff, or web text.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS
- A1: Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
- A2: Ability to communicate effectively orally.
- A3: Ability to research, analyze and summarize information.
- A4: Ability to design multimedia communications products

ASSETSAED1- Degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations or other field relevant to the position.
AEX1 – Experience collaborating in writing briefing notes, presentations or speaking notes.
