Role Description The Registered Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments to clients, following individualized treatment plans and clinical best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough client assessments, maintaining accurate treatment records, and communicating clearly about proposed treatment goals, techniques, and expected outcomes. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mississauga, ON.
Qualifications Current registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory college for massage therapy in Ontario (e.g., CMTO),



and eligibility to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist.
Demonstrated skills in assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage for a variety of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions.
Knowledge of complementary care approaches such as rehabilitation principles, basic understanding of acupuncture integration, and holistic pain management strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with clients, explaining treatment plans, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary team members.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow professional standards of practice and ethics, and comply with privacy and health and safety regulations.
Comfort working with diverse client populations and conditions, including stress, anxiety, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-stroke recovery, with a client-centered approach.
Flexibility to work clinic hours, including evenings or weekends as needed, and capacity to manage a consistent caseload while maintaining high-quality care.
CPR/First Aid certification, professional liability insurance, and experience in a clinical or wellness setting are considered strong assets.
