Job Summary Key responsibilities include assisting the Driller to complete work safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will also assist with development-related tasks, perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to meet daily operational goals.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a solid commitment to safety,
follows all site-specific procedures and environmental standards, and actively participates in hazard identification and workplace inspections.

Rotating days and nights
10.5-hour shifts
Client Approved Site Access required
Qualifications Ontario Underground Hard Rock Common Core
Previous Longhole Drilling Exp. an asset
Ability to read and interpret ground support plans
Strong understanding of underground rehabilitation and safety practices
Willingness to complete pre-access testing as a condition of employment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
