This role supports organizational talent acquisition by partnering with business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies and attract high-quality talent.

Responsibilities: Advise leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and market trends.

Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to onboarding.

Develop sourcing strategies for corporate, technical, and business roles.

Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Source candidates through referrals, networking, social media, and job boards.

Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Promote inclusive hiring and support employer branding.

Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to improve hiring outcomes.

Partner with HR and business leaders on talent initiatives.

Support hiring events and continuous recruitment improvement.
