Gatineau market.

Projects range from multiresidential towers to institutional andmercial builds in both the public and private sectors.

Your new role This role is well suited for a handson PM with strong financial acumen who wants broader responsibility across project execution, client coordination, and reporting.

Your Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Prepare and present monthly reports and financial updates Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain schedules, change management, and risk controls Ensurepliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications Project Scale & Scope Highrise multiresidential developments ICI projects (institutional, public, and private sector) Projects delivered in collaboration with consultants,



trades, and internal teams Gatineaubased, with projects across Quebec and Ontario Ability to work across jurisdictions is an advantage What you''ll need to succeed 35 years experience as a Project Manager in building construction Proven exposure to highrise and/or midrise projects Strong understanding of project financials (cost tracking, forecasting, cash flow) Experience working in Gatineau or Quebec, with Ontario experience considered a strong asset, bilingualism in French and English is required.
