Job description: Our client is seeking a Construction Manager for a $600M industrial project on a 36-month contract, located in the Greater Montreal area.

Reporting to the Owner''s team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all in office construction activities.

You will serve as the primary field leader, ensuring effective coordination between the owner, engineering team, contractors, and all project stakeholders.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on construction leader with a proven track record of delivering complex industrial projects while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Skills and qualifications: Profile : Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Construction Director, or Project Director on large-scale industrial projects.

Strong experience working in an EPCM/IPCM environment.

Background in heavy industrial construction such as cement, mining, metals, energy, pulp & paper, or other process industries.

Demonstrated leadership managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple contractors.

Strong commitment to health and safety, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Bilingual in English and French.
