This role is for a Technical/Engineering Recruiter
you must demonstrate recent recruitment of roles, such as the following
Design Engineers (Mechanical Background)
Electrical Design Engineers
Process Engineers (Mechanical or Electrical)
Reliability Engineers
These are the primary roles you would be recruiting for.
Ideally, you have a technical degree.
If you don't have a technical degree, then you should be technically inclined and experienced with recruiting roles of this nature.
This is a hybrid role, however you will be expected to work 5 days a week in office for your first three months, then it will be 3 days in office per week
