What You’ll Do As a Collision Estimator, you’ll be the trusted guide for customers throughout the repair process. Your expertise ensures accuracy, efficiency, and confidence—for both customers and insurance partners.
Guide customers through the repair experience with professionalism and care
Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and insurers to ensure smooth workflow
Stay current on modern repair methods, vehicle technology, and insurer requirements
Assess damage on EVs, hybrids, ADAS‑equipped vehicles, and vehicles with advanced materials, ensuring OEM‑compliant repair planning
Identify when high‑voltage safety procedures, calibrations, or specialized EV processes are required
Support quality, safety, and operational excellence through accurate repair planning
Contribute to a positive,



high‑performance shop environment
What You Bring 2+ years of collision estimating experience
Solid automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
Familiarity with insurance procedures, guidelines, and industry standards
Proficiency with estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, or similar)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
