ProAmpac is seeking a Product Development Engineer to serve as the central technical resource for blown film operations. You will bridge concept and execution, guiding current product introductions and production trials across our film sites.
The role reports to the Sr. Product Development Director and requires collaborating with Sales, Operations, and external partners to drive innovation and cost-out strategies. Travel will be required.
