The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Job Responsibilities Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities Use of ERP create master schedule sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders to their assigned production department;
Monitor the production process and determine status of assigned schedules;
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Effect changes to production schedule to ensure that production deadlines are met
Prepares production reports;
Ensures customer demands are satisfied while avoiding premium shipments;
Communicates inefficiencies and/or bottlenecks to the appropriate Manager or Supervisor;
Ensures that all company policies are maintained;
General Points Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties.
Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties.
Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements.
Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform.




Provide support in the attainment of Techform's operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs.
Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate.
Qualifications Grade 12 diploma and/or equivalent college or university education
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application, Excel is a must
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) would be advantageous
