Nedco, part of Rexel Canada, seeks a motivated Inside Sales Representative/Warehouse Associate. In this full-time role, leverage your two years of inside sales experience while processing orders, addressing inquiries, and managing quotations. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be key in fulfilling customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly service customers through phone and email
• Process orders, inquiries, and quotations daily
• Conduct at least four outbound calls for additional business
• Assist with e-commerce inquiries from customers
• Select and pack electrical parts for shipment
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of inside sales or customer service experience
• Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
• Computer literacy required; AS400 experience is a plus
• Knowledge of electrical products essential
• Forklift license is beneficial
