Our consumer business client in the transportation sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Contract) to deliver cross-functional initiatives within Guest Experience & Marketing- RITM Join a team supporting strategic guest experience and marketing transformation projects across multiple business units.

This role drives complex project delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment through the end-to-end lifecycle.

The portfolio includes initiatives such as consent management for unified guest data, implementation of the Service

Now Knowledge MVP, and automation of Travel Bank processes.

This high-impact position offers visibility across executive and operational stakeholders supporting departmental KPIs and organizational objectives.

Contract, Calgary, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 58+ years in project management across complex cross-functional environments Proven delivery using Agile , Waterfall , and hybrid methodologies Expertise in risk management ,
