Key Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.

Support service technicians by sourcing and supplying parts in a timely manner.

Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranties accurately.

Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.

Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.

Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.

Ensure the parts department remains clean, organized, and customer-ready.

Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to provide an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications The ability to read, write,



and speak both French and English Previous experience in automotive parts, dealership, or customer service is an asset.

Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems is preferred.
