Our client is looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst to join their team in Calgary, Alberta.

This role supports accurate pricing data, item information, and compliance across customer and supplier programs while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with pricing, purchasing, and ERP experience, solid analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex data.

Responsibilities: Maintain purchase pricing rules to ensure accurate supplier costs, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.

Develop and manage pricing frameworks, customer pricing structures, contracts, vendor agreements, and promotional programs.

Configure customer and segment pricing to support contractual terms, taxes, environmental fees, and billing accuracy.





Maintain pricing records for markups, discounts, incentives, and special programs.

Coordinate new item setup, approvals, documentation, and customer cross-references.

Maintain item master data, including units of measure, product groups, and tax classifications, while supporting issue resolution.

Manage assortment controls, product restrictions, landed costs, taxes, and environmental charges by item and region.

Collaborate with procurement, sales, tax, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and maintain pricing compliance.

Support vendor records, pricing updates, and system/process improvements.
