Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Manager in managing and ensuring the efficiency of the sales department Support the team in closing deals Train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants Handle “TO” (taking charge of clients to close sales) Ensure the distribution and follow-up of leads Support sales representatives during negotiations with customers Ensure sales targets are met and monitor team performance Perform any other duties related to the position Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry Experience in management or a leadership role (a significant asset) Leadership, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset Results-oriented and customer service-oriented What We Offer Competitive salary with bonus structure Competitive benefits package Versatile schedule Weekends off Professional and stimulating work environment Salary: Up to $110k with bonus Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday
