The claims are of varying complexity with an emphasis on accident benefits catastrophic impairment handling.What You Will DoProvide oversight of external adjusters on outsourced claimsInvestigate, evaluate,



negotiate personal/commercial lines claims of moderate to high complexityManage catastrophic claims and claims with catastrophic riskHandle own litigation/LAT disputesRemain up to date on industry trends and case lawManage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre‑trials, and settlement conferencesPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
