In this senior level role within the Leave, Accommodation & Occupational Health team, you will provide comprehensive management of leave of absence and disability accommodation programs across Ontario and West regions. Collaborating closely with HR, legal, and external stakeholders, you will ensure compliance and consistency in all leave processes while championing employee wellness and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee leave programs from initiation to resolution
• Oversee all workers’ compensation claims and strategies
• Lead accommodation processes and evaluate medical documentation




• Deliver training and improvement initiatives for leave administration

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4+ years)
• 5-8 years in leave and accommodation management
• Experience with complex medical leaves and disability cases
• Robust knowledge of workers' compensation regulations
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions
