As a Clinical Educator, your primary responsibility will be the education and training of nursing staff. With a focus on clinical orientation and developing educational plans, you will support efficient care delivery through effective training programs. Collaborate closely with the Care and Services Manager to implement educational strategies that align with district needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver mandatory clinical training and education sessions
• Select and instruct preceptors for new nursing students
• Conduct needs analysis to refine the education plan
• Operationalize the district’s educational initiatives
• Champion ParaMed's policies and client-centered practices
Requirements:
• Active Registered Practical Nurse license
• 3 to 5 years in adult education
• Minimum 2 years as a practicing nurse in the community
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
• Strong presentation and critical thinking skills
