In this role, you will support the administration of residential leases while ensuring accurate resident accounts and revenue records. With a diploma in Accounting or related fields and 2+ years of experience, you will work closely with both Operations and Finance teams. A strong eye for detail will help you identify discrepancies and maintain robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lease transactions, ensuring accuracy within Yardi
• Manage resident payment programs and address discrepancies
• Monitor resident accounts and follow up on balances




• Conduct regular rent roll reviews for accuracy
• Assist in month-end revenue reviews and reconciliations

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
• Minimum 2 years in property management or related roles
• Familiarity with Yardi and RentCafe preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Robust analytical and communication skills
