POSITION TYPE : Temporary, Full-time, Rotation (Day/Night), 75 hours / pay period, 1.0 FTE - 12 hour shifts
SALARY SCALE : $37.323 to $38.663 per hour

What would my role be?

Reporting to Clinical Manager, as a member of the interdisciplinary team you will deliver safe, effective, patient-centered, ethical and evidence-based nursing care to patients according to scope of practice and in accordance with Bruyère Health policies, procedures and standards and with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. You will communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and their loved ones, colleagues and other health discipline members.

**For information purpose only, please note that the position is currently aligned with complex care - 5 north, subject to change.

Required :





Successful completion of RPN medication administration course or equivalent

Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C certificate

Successful completion of the mandatory ventilator training, provided by the hospital (on the unit), within the established timeline

Preferred :

Experience in respiratory care

Membership in Registered Practical Nurses' Association of Ontario (RPNAO)

Fluent in French and English
