City Of Edmonton seeks a data engineer to build and scale enterprise data pipelines in GCP with BigQuery, transforming transit data into reliable inputs for leadership dashboards.
You will automate data quality checks, optimize costs and performance, and collaborate with Edmonton Transit Service analysts to enable data-driven decisions across municipal programs. Robust Python/SQL, Airflow/dbt, and stakeholder communication are required.
