Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire research agreement process independently
• Interpret agreements and suggest revisions as needed
• Review and assess agreements from external partners
• Balance competing interests under tight deadlines
• Build lasting relationships with faculty and sponsors
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or extensive relevant experience
• 4 to 7 years in contract management or legal support
• Strong MSOffice and database management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to mentor junior team members
