We're looking for either a Clinical Audiologist or an Experienced Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or looking to take the next step in your career, you'll become part of a team-oriented practice where clinical excellence, continuous learning, and meaningful patient relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
Your Impact Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for adult and pediatric patients.
Develop individualized hearing care plans based on each patient's needs, lifestyle, and communication goals.
Recommend, fit, program, verify, and optimize hearing aids and assistive listening technology using evidence-based best practices.
Perform real-ear verification and hearing aid validation to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide hearing aid follow-up care, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Educate patients and their families about hearing loss, communication strategies, hearing technology, and long-term hearing health.
Build trusted, long-term relationships by delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
Participate in community education initiatives that promote hearing health and awareness.
Continue expanding your clinical expertise through professional development and emerging hearing technologies.
Who We're Looking For Clinical Audiologist Master's Degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.).
Eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
Registered or eligible for registration as a Hearing Aid Practitioner in Alberta (CHAPA).
The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who brings a combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and a genuine commitment to patient care.
Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:
Adult and pediatric hearing assessments
Hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, and verification
Real-ear measurements and speech mapping
Patient counselling and hearing rehabilitation
Expert report writing skills
Electronic medical records and audiology practice management software
Working in a private practice setting
