The Roma Fence Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing installation team. This role is responsible for overseeing fence installation and construction projects from start to finish while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Projects are primarily located throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions. Travel between job sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise fence installation crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Coordinate project schedules.

Conduct initial site inspections before work begins.

Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety.

Ensure all work complies with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, company policies, project specifications, and applicable building codes.





Review construction drawings, specifications, and AutoCAD plans.

Coordinate permits, underground locates, and other project requirements.

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues promptly.

Monitor project schedules and provide regular progress reports.

Maintain accurate project documentation, site reports, drawings, correspondence, and daily records.
