What You’ll Need

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Interprovincial Red Seal Certification in Heavy Duty Mechanics





Experience maintaining large-scale open pit mining equipment (e.g., Komatsu 930E haul trucks, electric rope shovels, rotary drills, large dozers, loaders, graders)

Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and heavy-duty electrical systems

Experience with diesel engines including Cummins and Detroit Diesel

Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic ability in a production environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What Will Make You Stand Out

Experience working on electric rope shovels and rotary drills

Previous open pit mining experience in a large-scale operation

Experience supporting major component replacements and overhauls
