Job Overview
We are a family owned dealership seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager and General Manager in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage store operations will be crucial in achieving our sales goals and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.

Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Foster a positive work setting through effective leadership and team motivation.

Uphold store standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.

Ensure Sales Rep daily tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Monitor our portfolio of customers to ensure they're being nurtured.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.





Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on team development.

Proficient in math for handling transactions and inventory management.

Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with customers professionally.

Familiarity with training development practices to support staff growth.

A customer-centric approach that prioritizes satisfaction and loyalty.

Yearly compensation range for this role is between $80000 - $110000. Salary of $36608 with the remaining range consisting of bonus payments.
